Product Overview

Woven fabric, also known as woven textile or shuttle-woven fabric, is a textile formed by the interlacing of warp and weft threads. Its basic structure consists of two sets of threads arranged at right angles to one another:

Warp: Arranged longitudinally and fixed along the length of the loom.

Weft (Filling): Shuttled transversely, interlacing with the warp threads in an alternating pattern.

Through the repeated interlacing of warp and weft yarns according to a specific pattern (i.e. the weave), a stable two-dimensional structure is formed. 

It can be laminated with materials such as PE, PP, MPET, aluminium foil, non-woven fabric, kraft paper, EPE/XPE/IXPE and bubble to produce packaging and thermal insulation materials.

Single & double sided aluminized MPET woven fabric is composited by grid PP woven cloth and vacuum aluminized MPET film for heat reflection and waterproof protection.
